Sohan Enterprises Limited is seeking a motivated Fleet Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our business, including fleet coordination, cleaning operations and office administration.

This is a hands‑on management role suited to someone who is highly organised, commercially minded and confident leading a team. You will be responsible for coordinating staff, vehicles, resources and schedules while ensuring our services are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and to a consistently high standard.

You will play a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships, improving operational performance, controlling costs and identifying opportunities to grow the business.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the business, including fleet, cleaning and operational functions.
  • Planning and scheduling workloads, job allocation, job flow and labour requirements.
  • Coordinating staff, vehicles, equipment and other resources to ensure jobs are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Preparing staff rosters and managing staffing requirements.
  • Recruiting, onboarding, training, supervising and reviewing staff performance.
  • Conducting regular staff meetings and providing training on policies, procedures, health and safety and operational requirements.
  • Establishing and maintaining service and operational standards.
  • Conducting regular site and operational checks to ensure contractual and quality standards are met.
  • Ensuring sites are properly secured, locked and alarmed.
  • Responding to staff issues and providing appropriate support, guidance and feedback.
  • Managing customer enquiries, requests, feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Building strong customer relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Supporting advertising, marketing and promotional activities, including pricing initiatives and target-market development.
  • Maintaining accurate staff, customer, operational and business records.
  • Maintaining financial records and supporting accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll functions.
  • Preparing customer invoices and monitoring outstanding accounts.
  • Monitoring pricing, operating costs and expenses to ensure the business operates profitably.
  • Preparing business forecasts, reviewing performance against budget and contributing to annual business planning.
  • Purchasing cleaning supplies, equipment and operational resources within approved budgets.
  • Maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring supplies are ordered as required.
  • Ensuring staff and work practices comply with relevant legislation, regulations and company policies, particularly health and safety requirements.
  • Identifying, preventing and reporting hazards, incidents and operational risks.
  • Maintaining accurate customer contact information and service records.
  • Preparing and managing service contracts with new customers.
  • Continuously looking for ways to improve efficiency, service quality and business performance.
