Qualifications

• Experience in an operations coordination, administration or business support role.
• Excellent organization and time management, able to manage competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail with ability to work across systems and reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordination and administrative support to senior leadership, including agendas, minutes, actions and reporting.
• Manage day-to-day fleet administration, vehicle transfers, registrations, fuel cards and onboarding/disposal.
• Coordinate vehicle and operational insurance claims from initiation to submission.
• Prepare and distribute monthly operational reports and maintain records.
• Manage operational purchase orders, invoices, supplier administration and expenditure reconciliation.
• Support operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
