Job summary

Cultivate Recruitment is seeking a Fleet & Administration Coordinator in New Zealand. You will manage day-to-day administration for a fleet of around 40 vehicles, including cars, vans, mini-vans and trucks. The role covers registrations, COFs, servicing coordination and related admin tasks.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, able to handle multiple priorities, and provide procurement support. Some travel may be required, with flexible work arrangements as you ramp up.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Fleet administration experience is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage registrations, WOFs, COFs and compliance for the fleet.
• Maintain fleet records and coordinate servicing and changes.
• Manage fleet insurance, fuel cards and leasing requirements.
• Run eRoad reports for vehicle usage and speeding.
• Coordinate eRoad device installations and removals.
• Act as key contact for staff fleet queries.
• Manage taxi/Uber charge cards.
• Provide general administration and procurement support.
• Support occasional travel bookings and other ad-hoc tasks.
