You will coordinate day‑to‑day operations, support fleet coordination, servicing and maintenance, and assist with bookings, driver compliance and administration.

Qualifications

• Hold a Class 2 or Class 4 licence, or be willing to upskill with our support.
• Be willing and confident to drive when required.
• Willingness to obtain your P endorsement (we can support you with this)
• Experience in operations, fleet, administration or customer service, ideally in transport or passenger services.
• Strong communication with drivers, customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Organised, proactive and able to juggle priorities.
• Proficient with systems; Excel skills are a bonus.
• Positive, team‑focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day operations and provide support to the wider team.
• Manage fleet coordination, including servicing, maintenance, defects and presentation standards.
• Keep vehicles service‑ready by following up repairs and working closely with drivers and suppliers.
• Support bookings, quotes, driver compliance, onboarding and general administration.
• Assist with incidents, investigations, complaints and service issues.
• Provide after‑hours support on a rotational roster.
