Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the restaurant team to maintain a professional workplace culture.
• Oversee daily service to ensure high hospitality standards.
• Train, coach and develop team members for service excellence.
• Manage rosters and staffing levels to support smooth operations.
• Maintain presentation, service and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol and host responsibility requirements.
