Job summary

SkyCity in Auckland City, NZ is seeking a Hospitality Manager to support the Venue F&B Manager, lead a team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This full-time on-site role focuses on operational excellence, staff development, and financial performance.

You will bring at least 2 years of supervisory leadership, strong hospitality knowledge, and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality service while managing costs and contributing to SkyCity’s success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience leading a supervisory team.
• Experience in financial management, cost control and P&L.
• LCQ and GM Certificate would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support Venue F&B Manager in delivering guest services to a high standard.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing hospitality team with strong leadership.
