Job summary

Restaurant Brands Ltd seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations in Auckland. You will supervise staff, ensure compliance with RBL standards, and drive sales, efficiency and profitability while upholding food safety and health and safety policies.

Key responsibilities include coaching teams, managing rosters, passing audits, controlling costs and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Attainment of RBL qualifications including minimum of Shift Leader and Phase 1 – Restaurant Manager
• Experience in retail or service industry with supervisory role
• Leadership and guest service oriented

Responsibilities

• Ensure restaurant meets Carl’s Jr. standards (operations, food safety, health and safety)
• Direct staff to comply with operational standards to pass audits (CER, RISC)
• Roster staff to meet productivity targets and manage labour costs
• Coach and develop team to uphold RBL values and customer service levels
• Monitor financial targets and drive profit and waste reduction
