Job summary

Daraco IT Services in Auckland is seeking a proactive IT Support & Network Engineer to deliver Level 2 support across end-user, cloud and network environments. You will diagnose onsite issues, support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and endpoint management, and work closely with service desk colleagues to keep systems running smoothly.

Based in Auckland, you’ll travel to client sites across New Zealand and Australia, providing practical, reliable help and building strong relationships with customers

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in Level 2 IT support.
• Experience with Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Hands‑on networking: switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs.
• Comfortable onsite with travel to customer sites.
• NZ residency or right to work in NZ.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 remote and onsite support across customer environments and incidents.
• Troubleshoot networks, configure devices and support sites across NZ and AU.
• Support Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and core business apps.
• Maintain accurate ticket updates and customer documentation.
• Escalate complex infrastructure or security issues with notes.
