Job summary
Te Wānanga o Aotearoa in New Zealand seeks an Engineer – IT Service Operations to provide frontline support to kaimahi and tauira across Aotearoa. Qualifications
- Diploma in Computing (Level 5) or relevant qualification.
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification.
- 2+ years’ experience in IT service desk or remote support.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and networking.
Responsibilities
- Respond to technical support requests across phone, chat, email, and the support portal.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Provide onsite support for installations, upgrades, and equipment setup.
- Monitor and maintain ICT systems to support stability and performance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and service delivery.
- Build strong relationships and deliver excellent customer service to all users.
