Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd in Queenstown, New Zealand, seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the onsite FM team, delivering comprehensive facility and property services and ensuring services align with contractual commitments and budgets.

You will oversee M&E systems, vendor contracts, KPI performance, and client relationships, driving safe, efficient day-to-day operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in FM/engineering/business.
• At least 2 years FM/building operations experience.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication with vendors, clients, and teams.
• Knowledge of budgeting and invoicing processes.
• People management and performance review experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and maintenance of facilities including M&E, housekeeping, conference rooms, vending, transport, F&B and site upkeep.
• Prepare monthly preventive maintenance registers and report progress to the JLL Cluster Leader.
• Analyze call-outs and maintenance requests to identify trends and reduce disruptions.
• Supervise office moves and internal department moves (Moves, Adds, and Changes).
• Manage Corrigo and other FM software platforms; monitor KPI performance (E&C, Safety, PM & RM).
• Deliver projects under JLL, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality.
• Define SLAs and coordinate with procurement to close vendor contracts.
• Audit subcontractor performance and ensure service delivery standards.
• Track facility expenses, manage invoices, and assist with annual budgets.
• Ensure compliance with wage legislation and company policies.
• Lead client communications, weekly huddles, and monthly/quarterly reports.
