Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. in Christchurch is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to support daily IT operations across desktops, servers and applications on site Monday to Friday. Travel to other NZ offices may be required.

Applicants should have 3–5 years in an IT environment, tertiary IT qualifications, and strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, imaging, ITIL, and networking. The role offers a full-time schedule and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT operations experience as a Desktop Analyst.
• Tertiary or industry qualifications in Information Technology (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11, imaging, Office 365, ITIL, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide user-facing operational support for desktops and applications.
• Resolve tickets within agreed timeframe.
• Queue management and proactive maintenance of designated services.
• Test and deploy software updates and security patches to servers and workstations.
• Participate in IT projects as an operational resource and travel to other offices as required.
• Install and maintain AV systems in NZ offices.
