Job summary

DTSL is seeking an enthusiastic IT Tech in New Zealand to look after customer IT environments including PCs, laptops, printers, and ATMs. You’ll fix issues on-site, remotely or in our workshop, and assist with installations and IT projects while building strong relationships with users at all levels.

Applicants should have an IT qualification or 2+ years hands-on experience, hardware know-how with major brands, and Windows/Microsoft 365 proficiency. A NZ driver’s licence and vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• IT qualification or hands-on IT experience.
• Hardware experience with PCs, laptops and peripherals (HP/Dell/Lenovo).
• Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365 and basic cloud environments.
• Customer-focused, friendly and professional.
• Self-motivated with proactive problem-solving.
• Resilience under pressure and adaptability.
• Bonus: repair certifications (HP/Dell/Lenovo/ATM).
