Job summary

Skyline Enterprises is seeking a practical, customer-focused Systems Support Engineer to join our IT and Security Operations team in Queenstown. This full-time role covers MS 365, identity, Intune, endpoint management, and POS technology to support our global operations.

You will resolve incidents independently and coordinate with specialists, owners, and vendors as needed; weekend on-site support during peak periods and opportunities for international travel are included.

Qualifications

Experience in IT support or technical operations.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 stack and endpoint management.
Logical troubleshooting with strong customer service.
Ability to own incidents and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

Own technical incidents and service requests through resolution or escalation.
Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and licensing.
Support Entra ID, Active Directory identities, authentication and access.
Manage Windows, macOS and mobile endpoints via Intune and Autopilot.
Monitor endpoint health, patches, and Defender for Endpoint tasks.
Support POS workstations, printers, scanners, and payment peripherals.
Assist with site openings, technology refreshes and deployments.
Improve documentation, standardization, and automation across the support environment.
