Job summary

New World Havelock North is seeking motivated Online Shoppers to join our team. You will carefully select and pack products, ensuring orders are accurate, on time, and reflect our quality standards.

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, meet productivity targets, assist customers, and follow food safety and safety procedures. Full training will be provided and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Full, valid New Zealand Driver's Licence.
• Able to commit to at least one weekend shift per week.
• Eligible to work in New Zealand.
• Experience in retail or online shopping is advantageous but not essential.
• Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer online orders.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

As an Online Shopper, you will play an important role inensuring our customers receive their online orders accurately, on time, and tothe highest standard. You will carefully select and pack products, ensuringevery order reflects the quality and service New World is known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer online orderswithin required timeframes
• Select fresh, high-quality products with care andattention to detail
• Ensure orders meet presentation and qualitystandards
• Meet productivity targets while maintaining a highlevel of accuracy
• Assist customers and provide exceptional servicewhen required
• Follow all food safety, health and safety, andstore procedures
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workenvironment
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensureefficient daily operations
• Assist with dispatching and loading customer orderswhen required

• Previous retail, supermarket, warehousing, oronline shopping experience is advantageous but not essential, as fulltraining will be provided
• Full, valid New Zealand Driver's Licence

• Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends,and public holidays
• Physically fit
• Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods
