Job summary

New World Papatoetoe is seeking a full-time Online Manager to lead the Online Shopping department, ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and delivered accurately and on time.

You will oversee daily online operations, rosters, productivity, and KPIs while delivering outstanding customer service and collaborating with other departments to maintain product availability. A hands-on approach with picking, packing, and deliveries will be required as needed.

New World Papatoetoe is looking for a full-time Online Manager to lead our Online Shopping department and ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and delivered accurately and on time.

About the Role

• Lead, motivate, and support the Online Shopping team
• Manage daily online operations, rosters, productivity, and KPIs
• Ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve enquiries
• Work closely with other departments to maintain product availability
• Maintain high standards of food safety, quality, and department presentation
• Be hands-on and assist with picking, packing, and deliveries when required

What We're Looking For

• Previous leadership, online shopping, or grocery experience is preferred
• Full New Zealand Driver License
• Physically able to work in a busy retail environment
