Job summary

PAK’nSAVE Blenheim is seeking an organised Online Manager / Supervisor to lead our Online Shopping team and drive operational excellence in our growing digital department. You’ll oversee day-to-day online order processing, ensure accurate pick-up and top-tier service, and help shape a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The role offers two full-time rosters (early mornings) with 45 hours per week, and a supportive team culture focused on development and growth in online retail.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated team leadership with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Strong time management and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
• Physically capable for manual tasks in a retail setting.
• Experience using SAP or similar systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support the Online team to deliver outstanding results.
• Oversee picking, packing, and processing of all online orders.
• Monitor KPIs, manage rosters and wages, and maintain high standards.
• Resolve customer enquiries and complaints with professionalism.
• Collaborate with store departments to keep product information accurate.
• Maintain a clean, safe, online department and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership.
