Foodstuffs North Island is seeking an Assistant Manager Online Shopper for PAK\'nSAVE Mill Street. You will assist the manager in daily online operations, fill shopping carts, and ensure accurate order fulfillment while maintaining high service standards.

You will lead a team of online assistants, optimize processes for speed and quality, and coordinate with store departments. The role requires strong leadership, organisation, and excellent communication skills to deliver exceptional online

You will be joining a friendly and customer-focused team that looks after hundreds of our valued online customers. As an assistant manager online shopper, you will be required to assist the manager in all day-to-day running tasks of the department as well as helping to fulfill customer online orders by filling shopping carts with products according to the list you will be given.

The Role:

• Lead and motivate a team of online assistants to deliver top-notch service
• Oversee order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Implement and improve processes for speed and quality control
• Manage stock availability and liaise with other departments
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Train, develop, and support your team to reach their full potential
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in online operations
• Pick, pack and process customer's orders accurately, efficiently and on time, every time.
• Ensure orders are labeled and checked, recorded and temperature checked in accordance with the stores Online policies and operational procedures within a timely manner.
• Helping and assisting customers on the shop floor
• Cleaning and organising online area
• Adhering to all health and safety and food safety standards
• Great communication skills to work alongside the online, grocery and wider teams in particular the Online Manager
• The ability to work independently and prioritise and multitask to consistently meet deadlines
• A great work ethic and hardworking nature – speed and hustle are important here!
• A high level of accuracy and great attention to detail.
• Good physical fitness for lifting and operating equipment
