Job summary

Foodstuffs NZ in Christchurch is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable driver to join our Online/Dry Goods team. You will load and unload vehicles, deliver customer orders safely and professionally, and help keep shelves stocked for fast, accurate order fulfilment.

In a busy, hands-on environment, you’ll communicate clearly with customers and team members, prioritise tasks, and maintain high health and safety standards while supporting a great shopping experience for online customers.

Qualifications

• A full, clean driver’s license is essential and class 1 is required.

We're on the lookout for someone enthusiastic and reliable to join us in this exciting new role! You will work as part of a supportive team and play a key role in creating a great shopping experience for our online shopping customers.

If you love providing great customer service and are looking for a role where you are an important part of the operations, this is the job for you. This role involves packing customer orders into the delivery vehicle, ensuring orders are delivered on time and returning to store in the allocated timeframes.

The days and hours are:

Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm

Our Online department is a core part of the Dry Goods department with our dedicated team working hard to fill customer orders daily. This role offers the opportunity to gain experience and develop skills across all of these areas - whether it's picking an online order, helping customers or keeping our shelves full. You'll work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where collaboration and attention to detail are key attributes.
