Job summary

• Lead and develop our team of online personal shoppers.
• Manage daily online order volumes and department performance.

• Work with all other departments to deliver the best results of our customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Get involved in picking, lockers and deliveries as needed.
