Job summary

New World Papatoetoe is seeking a full-time Online Manager to lead our Online Shopping department, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and delivered accurately and on time. You will oversee the team, manage daily operations, rosters, productivity, and KPIs, and collaborate with other departments to maintain product availability.

This hands-on role requires a practical leader with strong organizational and communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a NZ Driver Licence.
