Job summary

Marlborough Girls College is seeking an Online Personal Shopper to join the Online team. You will plan and organise day-to-day picking, packing and processing of customer orders for the Online shopping department.

You will ensure tasks are completed accurately and in a timely, professional manner while maintaining high standards of customer service and KPI performance. Some hours may be required to cover for illness or leave.

Job description

What is an Online Personal Shopper? The successful applicant will assist the Online team to plan and organize the day-to-day picking, packing and processing of all customer orders for the Online shopping department. The Personal Shopper needs to ensure all tasks are efficiently and accurately completed in a timely, professional manner.

The hours of work for this role are:

• Monday 8.00am-4.30pm
• Friday 8.00am-4.30pm
• Sunday 8.00am-4.30pm
