Job summary

Foodstuffs NZ is seeking an Online Personal Shopper to join the Online team in Christchurch. You will plan and organize the day-to-day picking, packing and processing of customer orders for the Online shopping department, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.

The role requires a friendly attitude, excellent communication, strong customer service, and the ability to meet KPIs. Shifts run Monday, Friday, Sunday 8:00 am–4:30 pm with occasional extra hours to cover absences.

What is an Online Personal Shopper? The successful applicant will assist the Online team to plan and organize the day-to-day picking, packing and processing of all customer orders for the Online shopping department. The Personal Shopper needs to ensure all tasks are efficiently and accurately completed in a timely, professional manner.

The hours of work for this role are:

Monday 8.00am-4.30pm
