Job summary

Foodstuffs NZ is seeking an Online Personal Shopper to assist the Online team with planning and organising day-to-day picking, packing and processing of customer orders for the Online shopping department. The role focuses on accuracy, timeliness and delivering a high standard of customer service.

Key attributes include a friendly attitude, excellent communication, teamwork, and the ability to meet KPI targets while prioritising and multi-tasking to meet deadlines.

What is an Online Personal Shopper? The successful applicant will assist the Online team to plan and organize the day-to-day picking, packing and processing of all customer orders for the Online shopping department. The Personal Shopper needs to ensure all tasks are efficiently and accurately completed in a timely, professional manner.

The hours of work for this role are:

Monday 8.00am-4.30pm

Friday 8.00am-4.30pm

Sunday 8.00am-4.30pm

Additional hours will be required from time to time to cover illness and leave for other team members.
