We are seeking an organised, reliable and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administration and financial support functions of the office. This role is responsible for maintaining smooth office operations, coordinating accounts and banking, processing weekly payroll, managing vehicle bookings, and providing general administrative support to the team.
Key responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounts administration, including accounts payable and receivable.
Process invoices, receipts, expenses and payments accurately and on time.
Prepare and process banking transactions and maintain accurate banking records.
Reconcile bank transactions and assist with monthly financial reporting.
Process and manage weekly payroll, ensuring employee hours, leave, allowances and deductions are accurate and processed on time.
Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information.
Liaise with employees regarding payroll queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Provide day-to-day support to management and staff.
Coordinate with external suppliers and service providers.
Identify opportunities to improve office systems and administrative processes.

About you
Previous experience in an office management, accounts administration or similar role.
Experience processing weekly payroll – iPayroll experience preferable.
Strong administration and organizational skills.
Experience with accounts, invoicing and banking processes.
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
A practical, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently.
Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
A current driver's license.
NZ citizenship or Current Work Visa.
