Naumi Hotel Auckland Airport is seeking a Night Guest Service Agent to support the Front Office team during the night shift. You will manage late arrivals, handle guest requests, and help maintain revenue integrity across all hotel outlets.

This role requires strong customer service experience, teamwork, and proficiency with MS Office and Opera PMS. Night shifts run 11pm–7am, with a coordinated night shift allowance and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of customer service experience in hospitality or retail
• Teamwork and good communication
• MS Office and Opera PMS proficiency
• Flexibility to work weekends and night shifts (11pm–7am)

Aufgaben

• Serve late guest arrivals and assist with early departures
• Monitor revenue across all sales and services and ensure accurate reporting
• Ensure rates are processed correctly and maximize revenue
• Promptly address guest issues, complaints and requests
• Charge all accommodation, F&B, and other guest services per policy and SOPs
