Job summary

The role involves regular travel throughout New Zealand, requiring a current NZ driver’s license and flexibility to travel.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering sales growth in long-cycle, relationship-based selling environments.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and motivate a high-performing team.
• Experience in trades, manufacturing, building products, industrial, or related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead a national team of Territory Managers and align on sales strategy, priorities and objectives.
• Drive sales through market development and identifying new commercial opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, merchants, and industry partners.
• Collaborate across the organisation to strengthen market presence and commercial performance.
• Travel regularly across New Zealand to engage with customers and support the team.
