Qualifications

• At least 5 years of sales management experience.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.
• Experience with sales strategy, forecasting and reporting.
• Proficient with CRM platforms and MS Office.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven decision making and market opportunity identification.
