PharmaCare Laboratories in Christchurch, New Zealand, is seeking a Christchurch-based Territory Manager to lead the South Island territory from Tasman to Southland, with extensive travel. Reporting to the Head of Field Sales, you will oversee your territory, develop and achieve objectives, and implement sales plans.

You will build strong relationships with pharmacy, grocery and key account customers, drive sales and product visibility, and use insights to inform commercial decisions.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years' experience managing a sales territory in a Territory Manager or comparable field sales role.
• Good understanding of both grocery and retail pharmacy sales.

• Own and grow your territory, building strong relationships with pharmacy, grocery and key account customers.
• Drive sales, distribution and product visibility through effective call cycles, promotions, ranging and in-store execution.
• Develop customer and territory plans, using insights and sales data to identify opportunities and support fact-based commercial decisions.
• Partner with customers on promotions, displays, product education and new product launches to maximise brand presence and performance.
• Manage commercial outcomes, while maintaining accurate customer activity through customer relationship management.
• Work closely with internal teams and key accounts, including Foodstuffs South Island, to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
