Hynds is seeking a proactive Level 1/2 IT Support Analyst to join our Auckland IT team and provide exceptional support across our nationwide network. You’ll work with modern Microsoft technologies and help drive digital transformation across the business.

You’ll support employees across branches, manufacturing sites, distribution centres, and corporate offices throughout New Zealand, travelling to sites as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in an IT Helpdesk, Service Desk, or IT Support role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills within Windows environments.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, networking and device administration.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure.
• Experience with ServiceDesk Plus or similar ITSM platforms.
• Full New Zealand Driver Licence.
• Availability to be on call (when required).

Responsabilités

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support across hardware, software, and business applications.
• Troubleshoot Windows devices, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, printers, and connectivity issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office.
• Manage user accounts, MFA, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID administration.
• Deploy and support laptops, desktops, mobile phones, tablets, and peripherals.
• Assist with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint management.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Travel to sites as required to provide hands-on support.
• Contribute to IT projects, upgrades, and technology rollouts.
• Create support documentation and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
