Job summary

Newline Group Ltd in Tauranga is seeking an Install Co-ordinator to join our busy install operation. This fast-paced role sits at the heart of delivering hundreds of shower installations each month, coordinating in-house installers and contractors, and keeping customers informed with clear scheduling and proactive problem solving.

Reporting to the Head of Product (Install and Project Management), you will manage pipelines, align resources, and ensure work moves smoothly within set timelines.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage many moving parts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with customers, installers and teams.
• Ability to stay calm and organized when schedules shift.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for site managers and manage schedules.
• Schedule daily installs across in-house and contractor teams nationwide.
• Anticipate clashes and gaps, adjust plans to keep installs on track.
• Maintain accurate records of schedules, jobs and completions.
• Coordinate contractor onboarding and performance feedback.
