Reports To: Head of Product (Install and Project Management)
Indicative Salary: $70,000 to $80,000, depending on experience
About Newline Group: Newline Group designs, supplies and installs systemised shower and bathroom solutions across New Zealand. We work with group home builders, developers and large retail partners, and we install at volume, hundreds of showers a month right across the country. Our reputation is built on doing what we say we will, reliably and at scale.
Position Summary: This is a fast-paced coordination role at the centre of our install operation. Every month we complete hundreds of installs through a mix of in-house installers and contractors nationwide, and this role keeps that work moving: constant communication with customers, scheduling the jobs, lining up the right person for each one, staying ahead of what is coming, and sorting issues before they turn into problems. Showers are usually the last thing to go into a house, so you are often working to someone else's timeline and need to stay calm and organised when jobs move around. It is high-volume, high-tempo work with a lot of moving parts, suited to someone who likes a full plate, likes people, and takes real satisfaction in a well-run schedule. This is not a heavy technical project-management role. The value is in coordination, communication and follow-through rather than construction expertise. We can teach the product; we are hiring for the person.
