MG Group Exports is seeking an Exports Logistics Coordinator in Auckland to manage consignments through packhouse, MPI, Customs and IT processes for a global customer network.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with growers, customers, operations, freight firms and shipping lines while ensuring compliance and timely communications in a fast-growing export environment.

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure MG Group Exports consignments are managed effectively and efficiently through the Packhouse, MPI, Customs, IT and Logistics processes to our global customer network.
To build and maintain strong relationships with Growers, Customers, Operations Personnel, Packhouses, MG Group Exports Sales Team, Freight Companies and Shipping Lines in order to meet all stakeholder expectations.
This will be an interesting and varied role for somebody who has as eye for detail, initiative, and ability to implement structure and processes in a rapid growth environment.

Logistics - ensure all physical supply chain logistics steps are met in accordance with stated key performance indicators and deadlines
Documentation - document planning, management, recording, communication and delivery occur as required
Ensure all domestic and international phytosanitary and customs regulatory documentation and communication requirements are met
Administrative Support
Relationship Building and Management
Timely communication with customers, growers, suppliers, service providers and key stakeholders
Management and Sales Support
Strong interpersonal and communication skills as you will be working with a diverse group of people in NZ and Internationally
Experience building and maintaining strong, long term grower , service provider and customer relationships
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong understanding of logistics regulatory and compliance requirements in NZ horticulture and export markets
High attention to detail and accuracy with experience working to strict deadlines
Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills
Computer literate with MS Office suite
Minimum 2 years exports logistics and documentation experience
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
With international time zones and stakeholder demands the role does require out of hours flexibility
