Job summary

Vitaco is seeking an experienced Export Logistics Manager to lead the Export Logistics team and oversee end-to-end export operations across international markets. Reporting to Demand & Supply Planning Manager, you will work with Market Managers, Planning, Operations, QA and external freight partners to ensure on-time delivery and accurate documentation.

This leadership role requires strong people management, deep knowledge of export compliance, and a track record in FMCG or regulated

Qualifications

• 5+ years in export logistics, international trade or supply chain operations.
• Proven people leadership and team development experience.
• Strong understanding of export compliance, documentation and freight processes.
• Excellent planning, problem-solving and stakeholder management.
• Experience in FMCG, dairy, or regulated manufacturing preferred.

We're looking for an experienced Export Logistics Manager to lead our Export Logistics team and oversee the seamless movement of products to customers across international markets. This is a key leadership role within our Supply Chain function, ensuring export operations remain efficient, compliant and customer focused while driving continuous improvement and team capability.

About The Role

Reporting to the Demand & Supply Planning Manager, you'll lead a team of Export Logistics Coordinators while managing the end-to-end export logistics process across a diverse international customer base.

This is a highly visible role that works closely with Market Managers, Planning, Operations, Warehouse, QA, Finance and external freight partners to ensure products are delivered on time, documentation is accurate, and regulatory requirements are met.

• Experience within FMCG, food, dairy, pharmaceutical or a regulated manufacturing environment will be highly regarded.
