Job summary

Silver Fern Farms Finegand is seeking a Shipping Administrator to coordinate shipping activities and ensure accurate export documentation is completed on time. The role involves working with internal teams and external partners to keep shipments moving smoothly.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in shipping, logistics, or administration, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping contracts with in-store inventory and ensure timely container supply and transport to port.
• Generate accurate electronic export documentation in line with MPI requirements, including certificates and supporting materials.
• Liaise with shipping companies, MPI representatives, and internal teams to meet loading schedules and compliance standards.
• Plan and monitor container loading against inventory records, ensuring shipping instructions and deadlines are met.
• Maintain records and provide general administrative support to the Cold Chain/Dispatch team.

Shipping Administrator - Cold Chain/Dispatch

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Shipping Administrator to join our team at Silver Fern Farms Finegand. In this role, you’ll play a key part in coordinating shipping activities, ensuring export documentation is accurate and completed on time, and working closely with internal teams and external partners to keep everything moving smoothly.

• Coordinate shipping contracts with in-store inventory and ensure timely container supply and transport to port.
• Generate accurate electronic export documentation in line with MPI requirements, including certificates and supporting materials.
• Liaise with shipping companies, MPI representatives, and internal teams to meet loading schedules and compliance standards.
• Plan and monitor container loading against inventory records, ensuring shipping instructions and deadlines are met.
• Maintain records and provide general administrative support to the Cold Chain/Dispatch team.

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 6am-2.30pm, Overtime / Saturday work when required during peak season.
