Job summary

Recruitment Studio in Auckland is seeking an export documentation coordinator to join a busy team handling high-volume export paperwork for food products to Australia, China and Hong Kong by air and sea from Auckland and Tauranga.

You will coordinate dispatch documents, act as a liaison between internal and external teams, ensure data quality and document management, identify errors, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience processing high-volume export documentation.
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong stakeholder management with internal and external teams.
• Experience in logistics, import or export documentation for sea and air freight.
• Background in supply chain, FMCG or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate export documentation for dispatch.
• Be the point of contact between internal and external teams.
• Ensure data quality and integrity.
• Document management and system support.
• Identify errors and resolve them.
• Identify and drive process improvements for exports.

About the role

This role is part of a busy team who process export documentation for food products to Australia, China and Hong Kong by air and sea out of Auckland and Tauranga alongside 3rd party logistics service providers. It is important that you have experience with high volume export documentation.

• Coordinate the export documentation for dispatch
• Be the point of contact between many internal and external teams
• Ensuring data quality & integrity
• Document management and system support
• Identify errors and resolve them
• Ensure the best possible process is achieved

Skills and Experience

If you have a positive and self-motivated approach to your work and like to coordinate product and people to achieve a smooth and efficient export process this opportunity will be great.

• Solid Microsoft Excel skills and SAP or similar ERP system experience
• Stakeholder management experience with both internal and external groups
• Experience in Logistics, Import or Export documentation for sea and air freight
• Supply chain, FMCG or manufacturing experience
