Job summary

Manurewa Medical Limited is seeking a Medical Receptionist/Administrator for a part-time role, 20 hours per week, with shifts from 2pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday. The clinic, serving South Auckland communities for over 60 years, values empathy, organisation and excellent patient care.

As the first point of contact, you will ensure smooth daily operations, manage front-desk tasks, and support a collaborative team.

Medical Receptionist/Administrator- Part Time 20 hrs/week

Manurewa Medical is a high-demand General Practice committed to delivering quality healthcare to the people of South Auckland. Situated in the busy Manurewa shopping area, we have proudly served our community for over 60 years. Our team is energetic, professional and compassionate, with a strong commitment to our patients’ wellbeing.

We are open Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 6.00pm. The successful candidate must be available to work rostered shifts between 7.30am and 6.30pm to ensure full front-desk coverage. This position specifically requires the candidate to work Monday - Friday 2pm - 6pm.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of our clinic. Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your main objective will be to ensure every interaction counts by delivering an exceptional service experience at all times.

The ideal applicant will also have an understanding of Te Whare Tapa Whā and be able to work collaboratively with colleagues to improve health and wellbeing outcomes for our diverse communities.
