The Doctors Medical Centres in Wellington region seeks a casual front-of-house receptionist to join Team Medical, delivering exceptional patient service and supporting the Patient Experience Lead. You will help manage reception, bookings, invoicing, and general admin to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role suits someone with a welcoming manner, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a busy clinic environment. Training and onboarding will be provided where needed.

We have an opportunity for a casual receptionist to join us at Team Medical.

Conveniently located on the Kapiti Coast Team Medical is a locally owned practice working in association with The Doctors and Tend. We are an integrated family health centre passionately providing a full range of GP Care services to our enrolled patients and Urgent Care services for accident and urgent medical needs to our community. As a key health hub to the Kapiti Coast our GP Services operate Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and our Urgent Care services 7 days a week from 8am - 8pm currently. We also have X-Ray facilities on site.

About the Position and You:

You will be an important part of the team as our front of house assisting the Patient Experience Lead and wider team with the delivery of 5-star service to patients and your colleagues.
