Job summary

The Doctors QuayMed is a General Practice in Central Auckland with clinics in Britomart and the Wynyard Quarter, seeking a part-time front desk receptionist to welcome patients and manage appointments. You will liaise with doctors, nurses and the orthopaedic specialist in a busy clinic.

Excellent communication and data-entry accuracy are essential, with strong time management and teamwork. NZ citizenship/residency or valid NZ work permit is required for applicants.

• Experience in a medical setting preferred.
• High attention to detail including accuracy in data entry.

The Doctors QuayMed – Auckland, North Island

Part-time only (16–24 hours/week) — please only apply if part-time hours suit you.

You must be available to work Wednesdays and Fridays. Thursday is optional.

As the first point of contact to our clinic you'll be a front desk superstar with a friendly and professional manner, ready to make our patients and clients feel welcome and looked after, whether in person or over the phone. You will schedule appointments, maintain accurate patient records, and assist with administrative tasks as required. You will also be liaising with our doctors, nurses, and in-house orthopaedic specialist. As a busy practice no two days are ever the same, with a variety of family and corporate clientele.

We are looking for:
