As our Medical Receptionist, you will be an important part of our medical Centre and often the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming patient experience, coordinating services, managing appointments, and ensuring the smooth flow of daily operations.

Welcoming and assisting patients in a friendly and professional manner
Managing appointments, phone calls, enquiries, and patient requests
Coordinating services and prioritizing daily workflows
Managing patient expectations with empathy and professionalism
Maintaining accurate patient information and records
Working closely with doctors, nurses, and the wider healthcare team
Managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of service
Supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the medical Centre
Has previous medical reception experience
Has experience using Medtech Evolution
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Is friendly, approachable, and patient-focused
Has a positive can-do attitude and is a quick learner
Can multitask and confidently take on new responsibilities
Remains calm and professional under pressure
Has strong organisational and computer skills
Works well as part of a team and is willing to go the extra mile for patients
