Job summary

Pacific Radiology Wanaka seeks a Medical Receptionist to deliver frontline reception, scheduling imaging appointments and communicating essential exam information to patients and referrers. Pacific Radiology – Queenstown, South Island

We are seeking applications for a Medical Receptionist at Pacific Radiology Wanaka. In this role, you will provide a frontline reception service that contributes positively to the company's image by delivering a quality and timely service to patients, referrers, funders, and internal staff.

You will schedule and book imaging appointments as per booking protocols, communicating with patients all relevant information regarding their specific examination, including any preparation requirements. You will also accurately input information into the radiology information system (RIS), maintain accurate records of patient medical and personal details, and identify the correct funding pathway, adhering to funding protocols where applicable.
