Job summary
Fullers360 is seeking a Crew Development Manager to lead and coach our crew, building a positive culture and enabling success. You will work across the Fullers network to deliver a safe, reliable ferry service and high customer standards.
The role requires strong leadership, practical problem solving, and excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders. It is a full-time position based in Auckland with weekend and holiday flexibility.
Qualifications
- Two years+ people leadership experience with coaching/mentoring direct reports.
- Extensive knowledge of Waitemata Harbour and surrounds.
- Strong communication skills for performance feedback and stakeholder interaction.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel reporting.
- Knowledge of quality and safety management systems.
- Willingness to learn and drive continuous improvement.

- Lead, coach and develop crew with a focus on positive culture.
- Partner across Fullers to deliver a safe, reliable ferry service.
- Maintain effective time management and proactive problem solving.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure high service standards.
