Marine Operations Crew Development Manager

Reporting to the Head of Marine Operations, you'll play an integral role in leading, coaching and developing our crew. This includes day to day contact and follow ups with your team to create a positive culture and an environment where they'll be enabled to succeed.
As the CDM, you'll work cross-functionally across Fullers to deliver a world class ferry service which is operated safely, reliably and delivers an exceptionally high standard of service and quality to our customers.
This role requires someone with the ability to think on their feet, with a pragmatic approach to problem solving. Due to the varied nature of the position, effective time-management, a proactive nature and influencing skills are key for success.
This is a permanent, full-time salaried role at 40 hours per week which requires flexibility to work over weekends, and public holidays as needed.
