Job summary

Fullers360 is seeking a Chief Delivery Manager (CDM) to lead and coach our crew across the Waitemata Harbour operations. You will collaborate across Fullers to deliver safe, reliable ferry services and maintain exceptional customer standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a pragmatic, proactive approach to problem solving. It is a permanent, full-time position with 40 hours per week and weekend/public holiday flexibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years people leadership experience with coaching and mentoring direct reports.
• Extensive knowledge of Waitemata Harbour and surrounds.
• Strong communication skills for performance feedback and stakeholder interaction.
• Computer literacy, especially MS Office and reporting.
• Knowledge of quality and safety management systems.
• Willingness to learn and pursue continuous improvement.
