Job summary
Fullers360 in Auckland is seeking a Marine Operations Crew Development Manager to lead, coach and develop our crew. Reporting to the Head of Marine Operations, you will build a positive culture and empower direct reports to succeed in a demanding maritime environment.
This permanent, full‑time role requires flexibility over weekends and public holidays. You will work cross‑functionally to deliver a world‑class ferry service that is safe, reliable and delivers outstanding customer experience.
Qualifications
- Two years of people leadership experience with mentoring direct reports.
- Extensive knowledge of Waitemata Harbour and surrounds.
- Strong communication skills for feedback and stakeholder interactions.
- Computer literacy with MS Office and Excel including reporting.
- Knowledge of quality and safety management systems.
- Willingness to learn and drive continuous improvement.
