Fullers360 in Auckland, New Zealand, is seeking an experienced Deckhand to Skipper to join our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences on our ferry fleet.

Reporting to the Crew Development Manager, you'll be an integral part of ensuring our crew are trained and operating at a high standard. Responsible for all deck duties on board, you'll also ensure the crew are trained and operating at a high standard. You'll be a real champion of the customer experience and motivate your crew to go above and beyond.
This role offers a direct pathway for career progression, with the opportunity to advance from Deckhand to Skipper. As a Maritime New Zealand-approved training provider, Fullers360 can also support you in gaining your SRL High Speed endorsement.

As Fullers operates 7 days a week, this position is on a rotating roster basis and will include some weekend shifts and public holidays. Due to the nature of shift work involved, applicants are required to have a full driver's licence and their own transport.
