Switched On Group in Palmerston North is seeking a Customer Coordinator to keep maintenance work moving. You will coordinate jobs, communicate with customers, schedule trades, and ensure information is accurate. This role blends admin, problem solving, and proactive service.

You will manage work orders from request to invoicing, monitor KPI targets, and provide reporting. A collaborative team environment and opportunities to improve service delivery are offered.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service, administration or scheduling
• Strong communication with wide range of people
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accurate record keeping
• Ability to prioritise, solve problems, and adapt to changing priorities
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and databases/work management systems
• Positive, team-focused approach and ownership of work
• Experience in property maintenance, trades, housing or facilities management is advantageous

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate maintenance work orders from initial request to invoicing and closure
• Schedule and dispatch trades based on location, skills, availability, and customer requirements
• Communicate with customers throughout the process and set expectations
• Monitor progress and follow up to meet timeframes
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email and ensure actions are completed
• Manage customer complaints and work with the team on solutions
• Maintain records and update systems with job and customer information
• Produce reports and support administrative/data management tasks
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve service delivery and efficiency
