Job summary

PAE NZ is seeking a highly organised Preventative Maintenance Coordinator to join our Wellington team. This part-time, hybrid role focuses on coordinating preventative maintenance programmes, servicing clients, and supporting contractors and internal teams for efficient delivery.

The ideal candidate will have strong administration skills, attention to detail, and experience in facilities maintenance or related environments. A NZ driver licence and right to work in NZ are required.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in facilities management, property maintenance or related admin work is desirable.
• Full NZ Class 1 Driver Licence and right to work in NZ.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer preventative maintenance programmes.
• Maintain Annual Maintenance Plan accuracy and up-to-date information.
• Respond to client inquiries and maintenance requests.
• Work with Compliance & Quality Officer on inspections and services.
• Coordinate quotes, variations and service delivery requirements.
• Undertake site visits to assess maintenance needs and identify additional works.
• Develop scopes of work and coordinate quotation preparation.
• Maintain change records and MRI system updates.
• Coordinate contractors and facilitate communication on service delivery and site requirements.
• Organise contractor meetings and track actions.
