Job summary
Tenzing is seeking an experienced M36 5 Information Management Specialist in New Zealand to design and implement Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions, including SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive. You will ensure compliance with NZ security and privacy requirements and translate information needs into practical governance frameworks.
You will work with clients to migrate information from legacy systems to the Microsoft 365 platform, create clear documentation, and deliver hands‑on knowledge
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in information management across digital and physical environments.
- Experience designing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions including SharePoint libraries, lists, and permissions.
- Hands-on knowledge of protecting information with governance and compliance features in Microsoft 365.
- Ability to communicate concepts and policies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience migrating information from legacy systems to SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions for clients.
- Configure SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive according to best practices, aligning with NZ security and privacy requirements.
- Deliver practical information management governance frameworks and documentation.
