Job summary

Datacom is seeking a Senior Solution Specialist - M365 to help customers transform the way they work through Microsoft 365 solutions. You will design, build, and support end-to-end M365 environments, guiding collaboration, information management and productivity.

You will deliver consultative services, provide clear guidance, and lead projects using modern methodologies. Our NZ offices support flexibility, including remote/hybrid options, with a focus on customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a consultant in ICT professional services.
• Experience designing, building and deploying Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Experience migrating content into Microsoft 365 from legacy platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead with co-design principles to consult, advise and guide decisions.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality customer presentations, demos and workshops.
• Gather and translate business requirements; develop solution designs and reports.
