Job summary
Datacom is seeking a Microsoft 365 Specialist to join its New Zealand Microsoft 365 Centre of Excellence. You will deliver technical solutions, guide customers towards adoption, and provide escalation support across AzureAD, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and related workloads.
Applicants must be New Zealand citizens or permanent residents and have hands-on experience as a Microsoft 365 Engineer within an ICT professional services organisation.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Microsoft 365 Engineer in an ICT professional services environment.
- Strong hands-on expertise with core Office 365 workloads: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive.
- Solid understanding of AzureAD identity management and related objects (Users, Groups, Devices).
- Familiarity with email security/archiving technologies (Office 365 ATP/EOP, Mimecast, AvePoint).
Responsibilities
- Deliver a first-class Microsoft 365 experience for customers across workloads including data, files, communications and collaboration.
- Guide customers towards adoption and continuous improvement with the Microsoft 365 stack.
- Act as technical escalation point within the Microsoft 365 Centre of Excellence across New Zealand.
